Some of my core strengths are team building and problem solving. By using proven processes and looking at situations with a open mind I excel at creating long term solutions that are sustainable. Another one of my core strengths is Mentoring. By using the Situational Leadership model I'm able to effectively coach/train low will low skill to high will high skill team members. I have strong analytical skills used to review KPI's, Quality data, and Maintenance downtime reports. I'm also a hands on leader that is not afraid of new challenges, processes or equipment. I try to spend as much time as possible on the shop floor to support my interpersonal skills and lead from the front of the team. I have excellent internal and external customer support skills and by using skilled persuasion techniques I can push initiatives through Corporate channels that support Plant goals and objectives. I excel at working cross functionaly with other departments that also support our Plant goals and objectives. Waste reduction is also a strenght of mine, by performing Mass Balance testing and reviewing data I can effectively reduce waste and increase recoveries. I enjoy working in Manufacturing due to it's dynamic nature and developing professional relationships.
