Current• Maintained and improved the digital and web analytics program for FTC.gov, which included web traffic metrics, customer experience, voice of the customer feedback, SEO, usability, and social media. Developed and maintained key performance metrics that measured effectiveness of digital outreach and assists in development of strategy and tactics to meet outreach goals.• Created weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and dashboards that included analysis and actionable recommendations as well as data. Continually assessed effectiveness of metrics and reports and revised them to improve the ability to communicate program effectiveness to management and staff. Initiated data- and analysis-driven recommendations to drive changes to the content and customer experience of digital platforms to improve their effectiveness. Collaborated with managers of other FTC digital properties to create a holistic view of customer experience of all FTC digital properties.• Used knowledge of SEO, web search engines, and content best practices to direct the improvement of content and site structure to improve search indexing and result page placement.• Managed and published content on FTC.gov in a timely, accurate manner using the Drupal web content management system in response to requests from OPA and other internal customers. • Collaborated with contractor and team on improvements and bug fixes to the Drupal system.
