To me it is defined as how you inspire others and mark the future generations that last forever. When I was younger, I started coaching at the local YMCA, building a relationship with the youth from 5 to 16 years old. I disciplined and taught them structure while mentoring them to be team players. I have always looked to find what motivates people, and through my message I instill positive values. I realized over the years; I have a passion in helping others become the best version of themselves by developing their abilities. While working at TopGolf, my managers would always praise me for my positive and upbeat attitude and sense of teamwork. I love to lead and motivate my co-workers to strive for greatness because we all have a unique skill set and fresh perspective which combined makes us a great team. My family would describe me as dependable, caring, and funny. I considered myself family-orientated, honest, loyal. They Also, used to consider me a bit stubborn, because I didn’t take no for an answer; most will say that isn’t considered a good quality. Today, it carries over as the mentality to never give up. When I started my studies at Florida Atlantic University, I originally was a finance major but soon realized marketing was my calling. Through my marketing strategies and my “stubbornness”, I will convince, any buyer to try any product. With that being said, I will not stop until I find the special way to advertise each product. My outlook for the future in marketing is fresh, slick, innovated, but it will always be authentic. My strong confidence in marketing will allow me to be successful while promoting any product. My career goals and aspirations are promoting desire, dedication, and knowledge to all people.
