• Accelerated Life Testingo Conducted temperature, humidity, ESD, vehicle electric system transients, mechanical drop, and mechanical vibration testing to find product design weaknesses and predict product lifespan.• Baseband IC Verification and Validationo Developed and implemented test plans for module signal reception related to system sensitivity, channel performance, and out of band rejection.o Conducted baseband hardware validation with test scripts to verify the baseband IC hardware design for each new generation of baseband design. Test areas include operation and function of all hardware connections (UART, I2C, SPI, I2S, etc.) across a test matrix of IC corner lot parts (fast and slow), minimum and maximum voltage ranges, and minimum and maximum operational temperature ranges.o Analyzed customer and OEM client issues to replicate and resolve underlying issues in automotive module design related to the baseband IC and channel decoder.o Automated testing processes to improve efficiency through Ruby and LabVIEW.
