Reduced the total amount of outstanding corporate receivables due from FNMA and FHLMC from $80,000,000 in March 2011 to $5,000,000 in December 2011.

Led a project to monitor the corporate advances of previously liquidated loans to ensure they are correctly reported and withheld from the individual investors.

Increased department efficiency to accommodate a decrease in staffing levels while maintaining annual growth of 50% by developing procedures that reduced Master Servicing custodial account reconciliation preparation time by 85%. Reduced the total amount of outstanding aged items from a payable of $12,500,000 to a receivable of $300,000.
