• Payroll Responsibilities:
• Compilation and processing of transactional Payroll and Time data
• Process payroll requirements in payroll system (bi weekly, weekly, monthly & quarterly)
• Preparation and processing of Final Settlement/Terminal Pay
• Ensure accuracy of other payment & deductions calculated by the system
• Generation of pay statements and other business reports

• providing Employee Contact Center Services to Paypal employees
• helping clients’ employees to raise the ticket in the case management tool Sales Force via call, chat and web form
• help the employees to navigate Workday
• Provide the clarifications on HR policies, process and procedures
• Participate with client’s HR Team members on complex HR queries /request to obtain resolution to the requestor as per agreed on SLAs -Providing HR administration task
• monitor Workday (HCM Tool) work inbox and process the actions assigned to role in the system for Core HR processes (like Joiners, Movers and Leavers)

-did different kind of Reports through the software Service Desk like Daily Case Report, Timeliness Report -managed payroll inbox to sort emails that needs a new case, for follow-up - handled case creation and assignment process for different provider group-responsible for day-to-day high delivery of payroll task in line with end-user requirements.
