CurrentBryan focuses his practice on the representation of labor organizations in both the private and public sector in all aspects of the union-employer relationship, including internal union administration, collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, and proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies and federal courts. In addition, Bryan represents individual employees addressing issues that arise in the workplace, including negotiating individual employment contracts, wrongful termination, discrimination, and other state and federal claims, as well as employee benefit plans on a variety of benefits issues, including collections.
