I am a passionate and motivated educator, mentor, and coach. I am student-centered in all of my teaching and training practices. I am proud of the work that I do as an Instructional Technology Specialist coaching elementary school teachers on how to best enhance their instructional practices by incorporating instructional technology tools.Since finishing my Ed.D in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Houston in 2016 I have been teaching online graduate course work for Touro College and Ashford University. Working with adult learners who are pursuing careers in education has been tremendously rewarding and has been a valuable growth and learning opportunity for me. I have learned that my greatest strengths as an online professor are showing my students that I genuinely care about their success and creating a 1 on 1 connection with them in a virtual setting.
