• Responsible for managing all business operations including overall operational activities, receiving/shipping functions, inventory, profitability, and human resources.• Accountable for productivity management of hourly associates, facilities, payroll, expenses and inventory shrinkage.• Oversees, trains, and directs over 120 warehouse associates across three business units and multiple shifts within facility.• Assists General Manager on planning and implementation of new business initiatives and processes at facility• Oversees and tracks materials through production of goods to end sales destination at over 100 store locations

• Ensure proper receipt of MDO reverse flow, third party vendor reverse flow, vendor direct, and retail store reverse flow shipments.• Leads inventory control team in verifying, pricing, and processing of product to ensure inventory records are accurate throughout warehouse and inter store transfer• Direct support to associates working in receiving, shipping, and ORS processes • Accountable for processing, filing and reconciling all non salable claims • Reconcile weekly and monthly book inventory report for ORDC and outlet selling store facility involving all debit and credit entries(DOS, NRO, IPM, IPS, IST) M/E non salable claims, delivery cancellation, ROR credits, and other miscellaneous entries • Schedule weekly receiving shipments • Ensure all team members are trained and knowledgeable with handheld devices and computer programs involving MIM process movement of merchandise• Accountable for overall inventory accuracy • Monitors sales store returns through reverse flow shipments in comparison to saleable product quality when it left facility and to ensure proper company guidelines are followed involving return documentation and sales processes• Develop and maintain relationships and communication with MDO units supplying ORDC involving scheduling transportation and inventory accuracy• Compiles weekly Junk mark-out by reviewing and requesting more PRS information regarding non-working functionality of merchandise before submission• Accountable for weekly mark-out and accuracy of Whirlpool Vendor non salable, Special Vendor salable and Junk • Receives and distributes small appliances, housewares, miscellaneous ad products adhering to company distribution guidelines• Communicates inventory issues within receipts and or accuracy of purchase order billing to corporate inventory team
