Radio Technician
Current• Works as a member of a customer service team servicing multiple large corporate accounts including communication information infrastructure and support. • Analyzes, diagnoses, and provides timely cost effective radio equipment repair solutions for Global Customers using Spectrum Analyzers, Digital Multi-meters and Service Monitors. • Programs 2-way radios, Assists with repeaters, Auto IDs and duplexing communication equipment. • Coordinates daily shipping and receiving logistics of serviced products for local and worldwide clients totaling several thousands of dollars per week, multi-millions annually.Project Programming: Involved with Programming equipment for new Customer Sites, Troubleshooting, and providing ongoing top notch customer support for equipment and accessories. Training: Train new employees in the multitude of software applications used throughout the company; training covers basic computer use, as well as training in specific procedures that include, but are not limited to generating, editing, and updating internal documentation, as well as creating specific external documentations to ship, track, and record equipment movement and delays. Training helps to prepare the individual for any position within the scope of the company.
