Manage LED repairs for in-house rental equipment as well as customer RMA management and repair. Aide in design, build and operation of LED video wall staging for clients from coast to coast. Travel around the country performing on-site troubleshooting and repair of LED video wall equipment.

Day to day activities include inventory management, tracking and sales projections, working hands on with all makes and models of bicycles for repairs and maintenance, working with customers directly for sales and service consultations. Other responsibilities: All design work associated with Outdoor Recreational Equipment including newspaper, internet, logo design for company apparel and signage as well as website management.

Maintain, transport, setup and operate mobile LED video screens. This position involved hauling equipment I.E. LED trailers weighing at or below 10,000 pounds to locations around the country. It was also a responsibility of the technician to install, maintain and operate the equipment safely while on location. This included but is not limited to: towing and maneuvering a 30-50 foot trailer into and out of many different locations, working directly with clients to help create the effect and presence they were seeking from the equipment as well as operating electronics ranging from cameras and sound equipment to power generators and hydraulic lifts.

As an upper level sales associate and photographer with CPI Corp I created photos with clients of all ages from family photos to business head-shots as well as creating edited images to increase sales of photos from each session.
