With over a decade of experience in the medical device industry, I am the Vice President of Engineering at United Surgical, a leading provider of orthopedic bracing solutions. I oversee the design, development, and manufacturing of innovative orthopedic braces and equipment that improve the quality of life for people with orthopedic conditions.I have designed and developed multiple patented orthopedic braces, such as the Functional, Osteoarthritis Knee, Post-Operative, and Rotator Shoulder Braces, as well as a retail box for the i-GO Bracing product line. I have also managed the operations and inventory of the Fort Wayne Knee Brace Manufacturing Department, and communicated daily with remote teams and vendors in Bangladesh, China, and Germany. I am proficient in product design, computer-aided design (CAD), SolidWorks, manufacturing, and manufacturing processes. My mission is to create engineering and manufacturing solutions that meet the needs of patients and clinicians.
