I was hired for a new specialty position in a growing elderly market with un-met needs in identifying and treating Osteoporosis. I focused on specialty practices with large populations of women over 50,Secondary focus was on medical directors that managed assisted living and long term care facilities. My focus was to identify and prevent falls and the related health care cost's associated with these incidents due to undiagnosed and untreated osteoporosis.I ranked second in the nation in the sales 2004, with the osteoporosis markets' third best product and least used prior to my arrival. It was also the oldest product on the market.I was in the top 20% annually in sales rankings and won President's club in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Three of the four years I was elgible.I was in management development, region team leader, won multiple sales contests and successfully launched Enablex!!!I was a valued resource to my customer's.
