As the Chief Operating Officer, I manage the operational workflow of over a dozen employees including oversight of hiring and firing of office staff. I review and oversee major projects, and work with the two Board Certified Dermatologists to develop the overall direction and management of the practice. I head periodic management meetings with the Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, and Head Medical Assistant where policy is communicated down and 360 feedback is taken to allow our office to outperform our peers.

• Conducts complex cyber oriented investigations on internet based visa and passport frauds, e-mail threats and other Miami Field Office (MFO) MFO cases, from allegation through arrest and conviction in federal court.• Conducts undercover internet searches in support of passport and visa fraud investigations.• Obtains and serves both Rule 41 and Electronic Communications and Privacy Act search warrants and court orders for electronic content, emails, phone records, voicemails and text messages for MFO investigations.• Assigned to the Miami Electronic Crimes Task Force (MECTF) consisting of the United States Secret Service (USSS), United States Marshals Service (USMS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), state and local police on a part time basis conducting cyber related identity theft investigations.• Conducts forensically sound digital evidence searches and seizures on computers, hard drives, cellular phones, and other media devices in support of MFO search warrants, consent searches, and covert data acquisitions.• Appropriately coordinates with Computer Investigations and Forensics (CIF) on the transfer, analysis, findings, and disposition of all digital evidence submitted for CIF lab analysis.• Coordinates and conducts technical service operations for the MFO area of responsibility, including subordinate resident and satellite offices. This includes recording telephone and “face-to-face” conversations between Undercover Agents/Informants and suspects, covertly videotaping crimes in progress, and deploying and retrieving trackers on vehicles of suspects, using a variety of technical investigative equipment.• Instructs, trains and assists Agents on the legal, administrative and technical use of surveillance cameras, recording devices, body-wires, GPS trackers and loggers, undercover and covert vehicles, and the tradecraft of surveillance.• Serves in all facets of domestic and overseas Protective Security details and Major Security events.

• Initiate, plan and coordinate investigations on a broad range of allegations of visa and passport fraud crimes. • Serve as the Deputy Regional Security Officer for Investigations (DRSO-I) in the absence of the DRSO-I.• Prepare cases for presentation to U.S. or local law enforcement authorities for criminal prosecution or administrative proceedings. • Focus investigative efforts on high priority cases that have links to complex H and L Visa fraud, terrorism, large scale alien smuggling or human trafficking, and document vendors producing high quality documents.• Develop confidential informants as necessary to complete investigations. • Coordinate sensitive and complex investigations with DS/ICI/CR, including internal investigations involving local and/or American staff.• Maintain effective liaison with the consular section's Fraud Prevention Manager (FPM), other consular staff, and Consular Affair's Fraud Prevention Programs (CA/FPP). • Establish and maintain effective liaison with US Government law enforcement agencies at post, including DEA, FBI, US Marshals, and DHS-ICE and CBP. • Establish and maintain effective liaison with relevant host country law enforcement officials.• Supervise the RSO Investigative Assistant and the locally employed Criminal Fraud Investigator

• Assume Regional Security Officer (RSO) responsibilities in the absence of the RSO.• Serve as Direct Supervisor for the U.S. Foreign Service Office Management Specialist and Surveillance Coordinator and provide necessary training.• Contracting Officer's Representative for the local guard program, a five-million dollar contract, which includes the Ambassador’s protective detail, the local guard force of 135 guards and the surveillance detection team.• Conduct investigations of misconduct and criminal activity, including passport and visa fraud. I identified and located five fugitives in Honduras and working with local law enforcement and US counterparts, successfully returned them to the US.• Manage Post security violation/infraction program to ensure proper handling and storage of classified information.• Conducted more than 100 Background Investigations.• Supervise and Coordinate with personnel from the Engineering Services Office in San Salvador. • Manage the Department of States' Overseas School Security Projects. Secured $597,000 or 8% of the yearly global funding for one of the schools.• Establish relationships and serve as liaison with U.S. law enforcement and Honduran government officials.• Serve as the investigative liaison with Consular Affairs and conduct investigations as appropriate for the Regional Security Office.

• Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasure investigations (TSCM) of major renovation and new construction of U.S. facilities overseas as part of the accreditation process. Ensure that the process is conducted within established guidelines and that they provide adequate physical, technical, and electrical protection for personnel.• Serve as the leader of the technical members of an accreditation team, ensuring the required personnel and equipment are on site to perform the mission and to minimize the impact on current construction schedules. Provide oral and written guidance to team members, assignment of tasks, and briefings to post management, OBO and other USG agencies as required.• Draft technical reports for inclusion into the final accreditation report. These reports must document all aspects of the accreditation inspection, including a detailed description of post's technical and TSCM posture.• Apply internal control measures to protect organizational integrity and prevent unauthorized use or misappropriation of all classified and sensitive material; report instances of security violations/problems to the appropriate supervisory/management official; assume full responsibility of safeguarding classified and sensitive (but unclassified) material and equipment within assignment areas.

• Design and develop technical equipment to be used in ongoing operations.Accomplishments• Successfully designed and built concealed video and audio devices using digital media work, small electronics, optics, and radio frequency propagation, which were sent to the field for operational use.
