As an Assistant Operations Manager at Mathis Home, I oversee the daily operations of a large home furnishing store infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, quality, and uptime. I also oversee the Southern California Fleet that includes 30+ vehicles that range from transfer trucks, Fords and Mercedes. I have over nine years of experience in warehouse and distribution management, where I developed skills in project management, systems and process implementation, inventory management, recruiting and interviewing, and employee training and development.I am certified in Q-SYS Designer by QSC and WebCTRL by Automated Logic Corporation, which enable me to design, install, and maintain sound and building control systems for all Mathis Home, Mathis Sleep Centers, franchised La-Z-Boy and Ashley's Furniture. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve operations and performance while reducing cost.
