Early in my career I helped to build a $2 billion business at SynOptics Communications selling intelligent hub/switch and router technology to corporate accounts. From there I lead the sales and business development effort that pioneered the layer-4, application switching market. My career is quite literally a road map of cutting edge innovation where my role was to build and lead small entrepreneurial teams that introduced new products to market. In recent years I've led teams that drove the introduction of software-defined data center, open source analytics, information security, and cloud technologies.
