* Management and supervision of accounting, information technology, and human resource teams * Full charge accounting (A/R, A/P, payroll, JE, intercompany transactions, loan management)* Treasury management including daily deposits, ACH transfers, wires, cc processing, and reconciliations* Executive reporting including cash flow forecasting, a/p and a/r trending reports, KPI, and budget variance analysis* Project management for implementation of document management software - Pinpoint* Financial statement preparation for multiple companies and inter-company reconciliations* Budget preparation and historical five-year trending analysis for multiple departments* Coordination of external audits on workers compensation and liability insurance

* Management/Oversight of accounting team and various functions (A/P, A/R, GL)* Lead the month end closing and all budget and variance analysis monthly* Production of board reports and schedules for executive management team from financial data* Coordinate the flow of information to our external auditors twice yearly* Oversee the sales tax/property tax filings for multiple states and cities of operations* Treasury Management including checks, efts, wires, and bank reconciliations* Project Management of transition to electronic signature and electronic expense platforms* KPI and Metric analysis for executive management team on internal markers

* Management of Accounting (A/P, A/R, G/L, HR, and Payroll) and the accounting team* Supervision of Administration (contract, shelling, licensing) and the administration team* Treasury Management including deposits, wires, cc processing, reconciliations, and vendor relations* Executive Reporting including KPI metrics, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis* Financial statement preparation for parent company and subsidiaries and coordination with CPA

* Senior Adjunct Instructor and have taught 27 courses from 05/2009 - 10/2014* Approved courses are Accounting Ethics, and Financial Accounting I and II* Currently in inactive status (until needs change for more instructors and courses)
