I joined Neudesic and lead their Information Worker Practice which was responsible for architecting and delivering solutions based on SharePoint, Office Applications and other various integration products to large and medium sized enterprises. While architecting and developing solutions, I built up a team of consultants and developed a world class reputation for delivering enterprise grade solutions.

As Program Manager for the IWPMG, I was responsible all-up for bringing to market the Information Worker Solutions Directory. The Information Worker Solutions Directory was the Microsoft business marketplace that aligned enterprise solutions vendors with customers whom were invested in Microsoft technologies. The Information Worker Solution Directory was well respected and continued to live on for 5 years until it was merged with the consumer oriented Office Online Marketplace.

I joined the Microsoft Southern California District as a Visual Studio Technical Specialist, however was quickly moved into the Developer Evangelist position. During my tenure I was responsible for accelerating the adoption of the newly developed Visual Studio.Net and the .Net Framework. Primary objectives were met by working with both large and medium sized enterprises through prototypes and proof of concepts in a high touch manner. Broad awareness goals were met via quarterly large venue developer briefings across 4 geographies and by presenting regularly in a series of highly attended developer webcasts.

During the dotcom era, I managed a team of Developers and Quality Assurance engineers responsible for development and management of an online platform that homed approximately 200,000 cross-industry small business self-service websites.

I developed a website template that all RE/MAX agents in CA, AK, and HI used to sell homes. Pulled feeds from MLS and agents were able to populate information for open houses, brochures, home tours, etc.

During the rise of Windows NT, I lead development of an online resource property which was the go-to destination for IT Professionals using Windows NT and the Microsoft BackOffice as referenced both by Microsoft and throughout the industry. This property included online forums, downloads, news articles and interviews with key industry influencers. Revenue was generated through the tremendous highly targeted traffic via direct sales advertisements to the significant players in the space.
