We also communicate these ideas, product expectations and product timelines with all areas of the company. I also serve as the internal and external evangelist for our product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.

Robinson/Lenexa Region

Responsible for the supervision of all operations within the Lenexa, KS/Robinson, IL region. Includes but is not limited to the supervision of and service for all of the insurance products sold by ProAg within the region. Also responsible for the supervision of the office activities to achieve maximum control and productivity.

Responsible for collaboratively building a marketing plan with the Regional Vice President (RVP) for the territories managed. Provides supervision and direction to the Field Representatives (FR) and their activities which align with the marketing plan. Responsible for recruiting, developing and growing the FRs within the Region to drive premium and the ProAg brand. Responsible for being familiar with and proficient in all of the FR duties and responsibilities.

In part, this position was responsible to Create, Access,and Compare a ONE source repository containing both Comprehensive Information Management System (CIMS) & Common Land Unit (CLU) Data for an individual/insured entity, by tax-id number. This function allows for the identification of, by insured entity, legal description – the applicable Field, Farm, Tract & unique CLU description.

Responsible for training various company personnel and agents in Multi Peril Crop Insuranceand Crop Hail insurance. Communicates and networks with National Crop Insurance Services (NCIS), Risk Management Agency (RMA), and the ProAg Regional Service Offices. Ensures all training material follows guidelines established by the RMA and NCIS. Responsible for researching specific crops and presenting material to various personnel. Communicates with Regional Vice Presidents, National Claims Managers and Compliance Manager to ensure training needs are met in the various locations. Responsible for presenting company procedure training to company training personnel. Able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time.

Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
