My biggest accomplishments to date at my current job was updating our instant issue process. I had noticed that we had a large number of errors and reissues with our current system. Through research and vendor discussions I was able to bring in a new system that included zebra printers. This new system improved customer option of our cards and was easier for our users. It also saved so much money that our ROI was less than six months.

• Manage all elements of customer support• Travel to customers’ sites to train them on and their advertisers on web based advertising system.• Setup and maintain servers to house customers software systems• Assist sales team to answer customers’ technical systems. Either via conference call or on customers’ site.

I enlisted in the United States Army Reserve. After my basic training I was assigned to the 413th Civil Affairs Battalion in Lubbock, Texas as a Civil Affairs Specialist. This position severs as the link between the military and the local civilian populace. During my service I was deployed to Bosnia in 1996 in support of the NATO led IFOR.
