As a certified legal intern, I prosecuted both preliminary hearings and trials in Philadelphia Municipal Court every day. I also presided over juvenile case reviews and adjudications in the Philadelphia Family Court. I rotated through the Juvenile, Northwest, and South units of the office. Subpoenaed necessary officers and contacted witnesses daily.

Special Investigations Unit

Spent the summer working as a volunteer intern in the Special Investigations Unit (SIU). My daily tasks included legal research on a broad array of cases, memo and motion composition, preparing materials for ADAs such as summaries of testimony, and attending court with ADAs.
