They can view the status of the inventory, and anything else they might want to know about it on an application that is built on an Android OS/IOS/Web platform.Another example is an Android only application that allowed delivery drivers navigate to stops automatically and collect proof of deliveries when they delivered materials to our customers. This application would talk to our database system and update the necessary things, so that on an enterprise application, a dispatcher could see the status of each delivery that is happening with live GPS coordinates that synchronize. That way the dispatcher has a great way to manage the drivers as they make deliveries, and expedites the delivery process as much as possible.Oversaw the lifecycle of a cross platform Xamarin application with native iOS and Android UI to help our sales people create sales calls, schedule meetings with customers, submit sales expenses, and help them create business for the company overall, in a fast and easy way.

I created active training programs for new employees, and designed it for their success with the company. I gave crucial advice and mentorship to the employees on skills like shelf allocation, customer service, training, and problem solving.
