As FOO in GlobeAir I´m in charge to manage the fleet of Citation C510 flying onto almost 250 airports all around Europe. Ensure that all the flights are scheduled on the most efficient way, reducing the ferry flights and crew positioning to the minimum necessary. Ensure proper communication between Dispatch, Crew Planning and Customer Care of all the relevant information that could affect the daily operations. Flight Dispatch duties as Flight Planning, Movement Control, route/airport feasibility studies, Overflight / Landing permissions, Handling, Slots and Fuel arrangement.

In Wikifly I cooperated for the company start up procedures and the organization of the OCC. In the OCC my colleagues and I set the Jetplanner in according to the type of aircraft and business, added in Octopus the schedule, crew details and crew rotations and last but not least I have also collaborated in the production of the manuals like the OCC Manual and the OM part A.

From FOO in the business aviation environment I’ve the same responsibilities as an airline, also responsible for the crew and aircraft management, overfly/landing permission and organize all particular customer request.Company fleet:N° 6 Piaggio P180 Avanti IICompany operations:No scheduled short haul flights

As ramp agent I was the only interlocutor between the commander, its crew, and all people working inside the airport. The main tasks was to coordinate and supervise all activities on ground during the turn-around. These activities include loading luggage, refuelling, boarding passengers, aircraft start up and pushback procedures.

From FOO I was the person responsible for the preparation of information for each individual flight, as flight plan, weather, NOTAM, any information on the number of passengers, crew composition, etc. ...
