Running Vermeer 23x30 to 100x140 and locating with dci locators , running jobs start to finish and keeping up with upcoming jobs and maintaining equipment.

Daily job includes preparing maps for crews and sending them out to there jobs and to insure they are getting the most production they can to make sure due dates are met for our business partners. Comcast, AT&T ,Century Link ,Verizon, Charter Communications ,and many others. Training new operators & locators on Directional drills , excavators , vac’s . Daily crew check ups and helping with construction if short a crew member and answering there questions when it comes to prints orstandards for placement of cable tv networks , fiber networks and general telecommunications installations. Working with coordinators to make sure there questions or concerns were met ifthey had any . Also calling in locates and keeping them up to date for each job and assigning out the work for our sub contractors and making sure they completed there work on time and to standards. I was also consulted when finding new equipment and pricing for the owner .

Job consisted of working with the sales team on training new and potential customers how to operate directional drills, locator’s vac’s and cable locator’s . Also worked with bore planning software for customers with difficult shots . I worked with the parts department when I was in the office to help customers pick out the best tooling for there drills in accordance with there ground conditions.
