I am a young ambitious and determined individual! I have worked in residential and commercial construction for a little over a third of my life. In High school i participated in a program called Parkway West Technical School, which is where I started learning trades such as, carpentry, electrical, masonry, and welding. My sophomore year i started working for a contracting company called Mcrory Contracting and learned a lot about residential homes and renovations. My senior year i continued working for the same company, i would do half school day and work the other half of my school day. After graduating i eventually made it into commercial work for a drywall company finishing drywall. Finishing working for the drywall company I ventured out to start my own company Bryan Berti Contracting LLC. During the time of me owning my own company I received real life experience in Identify goals and making a plan to achieve them, secured business permits and tracked proper coverage to ensure proper business protections, coordinated company bank accounts to manage all outgoing and incoming funds, built a sufficient way to create leads within the company, scheduled all project estimates, start dates, and used leadership skills to build a small network of sub contractors for the jobs at hand.
