As an Apprentice at HearingLife, I have been working for seven months to help people with hearing loss improve their quality of life. I have over 15 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, with a strong background in tax revenue, sales operations, and inventory control. I am passionate, dedicated, and eager to learn new skills and best practices in the hearing care industry.In my current role, I handle various tasks efficiently and accurately, such as scheduling appointments, overseeing the daily functions of three different clinic locations, and ensuring proper documentation and filing. I also consult with multiple insurance companies and file patient claims, as well as process payments and billing. Moreover, I leverage my cold calling and sales skills to generate leads and referrals, and to promote the benefits of hearing aids and hearing care.
