As the Patient Care Coodinator, I work directly with the patients in the clinic and via telephone. I schedule appointments for patients who need/want hearing examination or need maintenance of their hearing aids. I oversee the daily functions for 3 different clinic locations. Make certain proper documents have been completed and filed, consult with multiple insurance companies and file patient claims. Other duties include but not limited to inventory contol, billing, processing payments, filing, scheduling, multi-line telephone operation.

Tax Revenue Specialist - I license all Retail Smoke Shops, Wholesale Companies, Osage Nation Casinos and private Vendors. Issue Beverage Licenses to Osage Nation Casinos and collect monthly tax from sales. Also, analyze the differnt tax rate for each location and collect monthly taxes due from all 7 Osage Nation owned casinos, retail smoke shops, wholesale companies and other various licensed vendors. Back-up motor vehicle registration includes issuing motor vehicle license plates and maintaining the legal supporting documents. Other duties include but not limited to inventory control, office supply ordering, create and dispense monthly tax rate reporting forms, field-investigating possible illegal activities, operate multi-line phone system, internet and Microsoft Office.
