I have always had a drive to know how things work. I have taken that drive to every part of my life, from hobbies like board games, 3D printing, and golf to the business world, where I have developed a passion for change management, turnarounds, creative problem solving, and fueling growth.Working full-time as an operations manager while getting my degrees has allowed me to immediately put my lessons into practice, giving me a deeper understanding of business management and strategic planning. During this time, I learned the strongest companies have employees who feel connected to eachother and their work.In the past few years, I have been fortunate enough to use my skills to oversee a 60% sales growth, a 200% increase in fixed capacity, and a 50% increase in labor, all while increasing engineering on-time delivery by 30%.
