- In first year of role, led a cohort of 20 CMs while managing four MTLDs. - Saw a regional increase in retention by 7% in the first year.- In second year of role, managed four coaches across the state of Alabama. - Increased survey results that predicts efficacy and retention of teachers to one of the top 5 results across a region of 50+ regions.- Teachers across the organization saw 2.7 points growth on ACT, and 1.5 years growth in reading. - Launched student survey pilot where students ranked their teachers in 75th percentile or above in all comparable categories.- Principal survey saw that 100% of principals who responded would rehire TFA teachers and would hire more TFA teachers if offered.

- Led 32 corps members to rigorous, research-based outcomes through values based coaching.- Had highest survey data that measures teacher belief, teacher connection to students/community, and the belief that they are growing as teachers.- 87% of teachers in cohort hit growth and mastery academic goals for their classrooms - Supported the creation, implementation, and reflection of a student centered and co-created vision for what high performing learning looks like in every classroom.
