These fugitives are wanted for Homicide, Sexual Battery, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault, Kidnapping, Escape, Robbery, Weapon's charges, Crimes Against Children, and Burglary.Manage the investigations of prior "cold" cases as well as the daily issued warrants. These investigations date back Fifty years and have been tracked to different states and foreign countries. The Violent Offender Warrants Unit has located and/or apprehended Pinellas County Fugitives in locations including Puerto Rico, Cambodia, Mexico, Canada, New York, Las Vegas, and Alabama. In addition VOWU continues to work with numerous Federal Agencies to continue to provide the very best in investigative skills and safe case closure.
