- Develop and implement strategies with the goal of meeting or exceeding company goals and objectives with an emphasis on quality, cost reduction and productivity improvement- Monitor revenue margins, efficiencies, and productivity, as well as implement new directives for growth- Work with Plant Management to oversee the day to day activity of the Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing & Supply Chain departments- Implement, manage, and evaluate operational processes and procedures, in accordance with FDA & ISO standards and Quality System defined by Coastline- Review and evaluate business & manufacturing procedures with emphasis on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles (including GMP & Kaizen)- Assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations; responsible for targeting specific areas in which Coastline may have opportunities to improve operational efficiency- Responsible for the continuous improvement of processes through effective and efficient implementation of capital investment, expansion efforts, new technology/equipment, and best practices- Engage as a member of the senior management team through participation in management meetings and reporting on departmental performance and initiatives- Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments; driving business to increase profitability - Ensure that operational processes stay within agreed upon budgets and timelines- Work with executive management group to set Coastline direction, strategy, goals, and expectations- Assist in prospective customer qualification; evaluating business opportunities and proposals- Work with Sales & Engineering Departments in quotation process and proposal development- Develop and support positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers

Responsible for managing all CFD propulsion integration related design for Predator, Reaper, and Avenger aircraft platforms. Developed pre and post processing routines for quick design turnaround. Have been able to rapidly design, build, test and validate full scale propulsion integration designs.

Responsibilities include:Independently perform all stages of the fluid-dynamic, thermodynamic and heat transfer design and optimization process. Generation of computational meshes and CFD analysis using standard commercial mesh generators and CFD codes. Generate reports, specifications, memos, and sketches of the obtained CFD results and present them verbally in meetings to all levels employees and customers. Development of CFD tools for process compression to enable CFD to be used in the design stages by non-CFD experts. This includes writing scripts for batch processing of geometry creation, meshing, analysis and post-processing. Compare CFD results to wind tunnel and flight test data in order to validate and calibrate the computational analysis.Mentor and lead less experienced engineers
