Director of Operations, 2013 – Present Retained all the responsibilities of Project Manager and Estimator while adding responsibility for approving and overseeing contracts from $5M to $13M. Assisted the Controller in cost control to ensure accurate and profitable estimates of labor cost.  Managed approximately 6 Project Manager/Estimators, providing hands on leadership.  Supervised the Purchasing Manager and provided oversight for the purchase of expensive items on every project such as light fixtures, generators, and fixed gears.  Oversaw the Warehouse Manager and ensured that the facility was utilized at an optimal level for efficiency and cost containment.  Directed the work of the Service Manager, providing daily assistance with service situations requiring an additional level of knowledge and expertise. Developed a system for cost control and projections using Excel; also used the McCormick information system. Led the estimation for a $20M contract, combining the work of multiple estimators on different systems.  Achieved perfect record of winning bids and ensuring profitability.
