Around $6M USD saved on the last 2 years.• Facilitate training and personnel development. Employees: 38 with bachelor degree, 5 post graduated. Hourlies: 268.• Implement methods and controls to compile with company governance policies. Zero non conformances achieved.• Develop projects to improve the perimeter (internal logistics) and non-perimeter (external logistics) costs. On the last two years total savings: $1.6 M USD perimeter and $6 M USD non-perimeter.• Manage and coordinate finished unit’s bank and improve the order to delivery lead time. Total of 2 days average lead time reduction. • Implement WCM (World Class Manufacturing) through employee education and process improvements (currently score 3 achieved reaching the best score in Chrysler North America)

• Participation and implementation of route design improvements for national and foreign suppliers (cube utilization, shipment mode, frequencies, etc.). Resource implementation, float management • Analyze and implement improvements in route utilization (in bound and out bound) together with • supplier, carriers and logistics providers. • Reduce Inventory levels implementing inventory strategies coordinated with supplier shipments and managing pull ahead system and reduction in stock levels. Controlling inventory levels of class A parts • Balance Scorecard Champion. • Coordinate and guarantee the material supply to Assembly Plant • Analyzing supply risk situations for plant that include commercial, capacity situations, Tier 2 suppliers critical status, non conformance, defective and damaged parts. • Report critical parts status, inventory level and principal Balance Scorecard associated with Follow Up team, manage efforts that guarantee supply to Toluca Assembly Plant. • Reduction Inventory levels implementing inventory strategies coordinated with suppliers shipments and managing pull ahead system, reduction stock levels. 10M reduction • Controlling inventory levels of parts class A with higher cost like engines, transmissions, columns, wheels, tires and expensive options controlling shipments against Gateline and Material Authorization Program. • Analyze critical situations for supply on time the material to the assembly plant, like Records, Out of balance, Negative On hand, Protect Time, DoAll´s, Rescheduling and Engineering changes. • Champion JC (Journey) launch of new and critical suppliers: identify potential issues, give follow up, training, involve multidisciplinary team to solve issues, benchmark with suppliers.

• Follow-up, coordinate and assure Just in Time supply of productive national and imported materials. Detect on time potential lack of material, solve the issues and inform supervisor about any concern.• Manage Score Card Items. Maintain on target inventory levels, implementation of just in time delivery programs, prevent and dispose obsolete materials, prevent any excess transportation cost, prevent negative on-hand inventory and unbalance parts, zero line disruptions.• Work closely with Resident engineers and SQA's for being up date about any parts change or issue.

• Planning, scheduling and control production of Power Electric Plants. Receive Sales Requisitions, analyze specifications, distribute the requisitions, make sure the power electric plant is produced according the specs and at the delivery time scheduled. Make sure each Plant is received by client.• Manage the material and Human resources. Keep communicated all personnel at plant about relevant information• Optimization of Warehouse inventories• Follow up the principal materials (engines, generators, fuel tanks, cooling system)

Implement the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) on production area. Champion of OEE (Overall Effectiveness Equipment) for all equipments at plant. Get daily information from the supervisors and shift notes about the cause of disruptions and elaborate statically analyzes, charts and reports. Being part of FMEAs team.
