I supported the Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules within Workday. I also was able to build out our project intake, requirements gathering documentation, and testing procedures for our internal projects. In addition, I Partnered with our operations team on developing and rolling our the Workday Scheduling module. Lastly, I worked on a project team to ensure the smooth onboarding of an acquisition company.

In this role I build and rolled out a case management system for our HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to increase productivity and decrease response times. I also was able to build integrations between our HCM and new vendors that required demographic data. Regularly partnered with the business to ensure data accuracy through audits and mass updates in the HCM. Worked on a cross functional team to implement Workday for 20,000 employees, both active and inactive. I partnered with the Data & Analytics teams to build out and maintain multiple APIs to support critical business functions. Lastly I led the roll out of both the Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.

I managed the payroll intake inbox and hotline to provide efficient resolutions to employee pay discrepancies. Lastly I assisted in the implementation of UltiPro HCM (UKGPro) for a 3000+ person company.
