Still in it’s infancy, my role is to make the business profitable within 18 months, build a 200k+ customer base and launch the product across SA. Next is expansion into Africa within a year and launch in UK 6 months after that.The past few months saw me put together a comprehensive business strategy and aggressive roadmap to achieve these goals. I’ve also built out the operations, development, support and dispatch teams complete with training, processes and procedures in place. Furthermore my Flutter development team has built out the Private Services component of the application as well as the resource on-boarding portal.
