Howden Australia is a subsidiary of US company Colfax Corp. Howden Australia supplies fans, blowers, heat exchangers and silencers to the Mining, Power, Oil and Gas as well as other industrial markets. Howden Australia offers a comprehensive range of services that includes specialised engineering for air and gas handling, project management, manufacture, supply, equipment servicing, solution engineering and site management.I am responsible for the Finance, HR, IT and administration functions including all statutory and management reporting.I am also the Company Secretary.Howden Australia acquired Austcold Refrigeration Pty Limited in March 2010. AustCold designs, manufactures, supplies and commissions screw compressor packages for gas compression and industrial refrigeration applications. Austcold delivers purpose built equipment for customers around the world.Operating predominantly in the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, power generation and mining markets, we fabricate, assemble and test our packages before shipping them in a finished condition from our factory.I was then was appointed Finance Director and Company Secretary for Austcold at this time whilst continuing in the role of Finance Director at Howden. We then integrated the back office functions into the Howden Australia organisation. I then became responsible for the Finance, HR, IT and administration functions including all statutory and management reporting for this company as well.

Security Plastics is a manufacturer of plastic cards and associated services for the financial, coportae and pub / club markets.Position: I had financial responsibility forl both the Australian and New Zealand operations in all aspects of financial control and reporting.Worked very closely with the CEO on all aspects of the organisation.

Crane Australia is an Asia Pacific subsidiary of Crane Co a US multinational. Crane Co is a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered Aerospace, Electronics and Fluid handling products and solutions. In the Asia pacific region the company is a manufacturer and distributor of valves and fluid handling solutions in the Oil and Gas, Mining and Minerals, Chemical, Water and refining industries. Position: The position reported to the Managing Director of Crane Australia. I was also the Company Secretary for Crane Australia Pty Ltd. Responsibilities: Financial and associated aspects including the preparation of consolidated statutory accounts in Australia and Indonesia, IFRS compliance, management accounting, human resources, systems, processes, costing, inventory and project terms and conditions through to planning and strategic direction.In addition to the Australian finance arm there are operations in Indonesia and Thailand. I was also the Finance Director with responsibility for the Indonesian joint venture.
