Trained as plant serviceman apprentice, repaired press machines, rebuilt pumps, brakes, and clutches, ensured line operations stayed running, and created employee assistance program (May 2004-March 2005). While Supervising four to six employees I oversaw floor repairs, rack shelving installation, sanitation operations, OSHA required warnings placement, fire extinguisher inspection, job setup to include tool selection and control as well product usage and availability, departmental inventory control, requested required items, and conducted one hundred percent yearly inventories. (May 2001-May 2004). Created and maintained the family assistance program. Became an AFL-CIO United Way certified union counselor.
