I moved from the Deli/HMR(Home Meal Replacement) Departments into the SAP Department on nights.I was responsible for reconfiguring the look of product placements on shelves to conform with the latest planograms. Either completely redoing it from the ground up or simply adding an additional 1-3 new product placements on the planogram being worked on. I was responsible to ensure that I get as many planograms as I could applied each night during the weeks to ensure that the planograms are up to date. some of the most challenging planograms would have to be the vitamins, health and beauty sections, spice racks and baking sprinkles rack.

I worked opening/closings behind the counter serving customers sliced meat, also was assigned as cook to prepare ready to go foods such as their iconic P.C. BBQ Rotisserie Chicken and many other foods. There were times I would try and problem solve situations such as making space for product, assisting a customer look for a specific product efficiently, directing and managing difficult and underpressure situations, training a new hire on product knowledge, health and safety, work procedures.etcI had responsibilities to check periscope,check for stale dated products and products soon to be expired, sanitization, facing, reorginization/movement of frozen/refrigerated goods. I also was set to work overnight to prepare the department before openings and store incoming product orders in bunkers/frozen storage/refrigerated storage.
