Current• Cultivate a detailed understanding of our diverse product suite to develop and execute four targeted training programs, aligning learning objectives with business strategy and specific product propositions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. • Design and deliver impactful training modules, utilizing pedagogical techniques that encourage maximum participation from internal teams and external customers, enhancing comprehension and practical application of the material… Show more • Cultivate a detailed understanding of our diverse product suite to develop and execute four targeted training programs, aligning learning objectives with business strategy and specific product propositions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. • Design and deliver impactful training modules, utilizing pedagogical techniques that encourage maximum participation from internal teams and external customers, enhancing comprehension and practical application of the material covered.• Schedule and conduct in-person and online courses regularly, expanding learning opportunities and catering to different time zones, locations, and learners' convenience, ensuring a continuous learning environment. • Responsible for creating, editing, and delivering training videos, providing extensive international training with a focus on supporting our team in India, assisting them with queries, and facilitating their development in handling our diverse product suite. • Extend the scope of training beyond transactional aspects, instilling the company’s dedication to superior client service post-closure, ensuring consistent delivery of the promise to provide clients with an efficient and seamless transactional experience. • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to identify skill gaps and training needs, leveraging this insight to design tailored training initiatives. • Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the company by driving the adoption of the latest learning tools and technologies and integrating them into the training process. • Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives by collecting and analyzing feedback, ensuring that the training strategies and content are continuously improved and updated to meet evolving business needs and client expectations.
