*Developed $275 million of new construction projects with 1,200 units of housing to-date.Pursued and won NINE competitive, 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit awards. * Developed and executed a $200 million acquisition strategy for 1,500 multifamily housing units in neighborhoods of opportunity. *Managed EIGHT 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Bond deals with competitive gap financing awarded of more than $10 million from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.*Achieved CMHA’s first $1 million Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program grant awards with two more subsequent $1 million awards.*Led CMHA's role in historic partnership with City of Columbus and the Ohio State University to win a $30 million HUD Choice Neighborhood grant to revitalize the Poindexter Village site and Columbus' Near East Side.Establish foundation to raise funds to assist low-income residents. Integrate, manage and support resident services initiative. Establish goals and objectives for the financing, construction and long-tem management of new and acquired developments, including the use of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Manage the portfolio conversion of public housing under the HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration. Lead all aspects of project development, including preparation of grant and loan applications, site acquisitions, financing, and preparation of RFQ’s and RFP’s for development services.
