I successfully lead the FileNet upgrade technical team for our FileNet P8 upgrade from FileNet P8 4.5.1 to FileNet P8 5.2.1. I initiated new reporting for Kofax user metrics solving business problem of exact reporting times down to the second. I created ASP.NET MVC pages to integrate Filenet P8 and workflow systems. I successfully integrated a new European acquisition into our existing workflow system. I created Java JSP applications and servlets for user management in our Okta system. I created Python system tools for automated windows server administration. I created Windows services using C# and the Filenet P8 API to support the enterprise document workflows. I customized Kofax using C# COM DLLs to support business requirements. I rewrote our DocSavi tool using a Filenet P8 workflow to provide a savings to the business 50K per year in maintenance fees.

I was a part of the accounting services team that provided enterprise financial reporting and application support and creation for accounting. I used ArcPlan and PL/SQL to provide reports based on Oracle Essbase data. I was the SharePoint site administrator for displaying MS SQL Server reporting. I created DLLs written in C to expand the reporting capabilities of ArcPlan. Toad was used for Oracle 10g based data for profiling and DB administration.

I maintained and updated an external facing commercial web site used to order bank checks. This website product was used by numerous Fortune 500 customers to provide their customers the ability to customize and order checks. The website was a C# ASP.NET based product. JQuery, Javascript, Entity ADO.NET framework. MS Unit Test Framework was used for automated testing. The team used an agile based methodology to provide changes and updates to the product.

I successfully converted WebFOCUS reports to Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services. I converted ASP.NET applications from 1.1 to the .NET 3.5 framework. The data access layer was converted from a direct database access to a web service data model. I worked directly with the customer to update an ASP.NET application suite that serves a global US Air Force customer to facilitate the deployment of airmen to and from the war theatre. A secret clearance was required to perform these duties.

I provided the customer with a successful enterprise faxing solution using an ASP.NET 2.0 application to fax through a RightFax server. This application was a conversion from an Oracle 6.0 form application. I created C# Windows services to automate database transactions. I provided C# multi-threaded services to automate Bizflow workflow processes.

I successfully integrated a new oil refinery acquisition into an existing C# ASP.NET application. This application is used to report daily oil production. The data was gathered from an Oracle 10g database. I did all analysis and design for this project. I also maintained existing ASP.NET and Visual Basic 6 applications on Windows 2003 web servers. I created SQL queries and scripts for customers.

I successfully reverse engineered the fuel control testing system for testing the F15 and F16 fighter jet fuel controls. The original system written in Ada hosted on a VAX/VMS system. I improved the accuracy of the calibration module used to calibrate the test stations. This application was written using C++ and MFC. A MS SQL Server database was used to collect test results. I used C# to write database maintenance and reporting program to support the fuel control testing application. Wonderware and ladder logic was used to communicate with the PLCs and test station.

I provided solutions for customers using the .NET framework, C#, MFC, C++ and Visual Basic 6 client/server database software development. These solutions included relational database design, form creation, Access VBA, and report generation. Web site design included e-commerce web sites, Dreamweaver, Flash animation, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Java script.

I successfully integrated customer databases with our data and quality analysis tools. I created XML drivers for databases to communicate with our data and quality analysis tools. I was project lead for many software development projects with energy companies. I created Win32 and UNIX cross platform software components written in C, C++, C#, XML, XSLT and Visual Basic. I created CORBA clients and servers to work with in a Microsoft and UNIX distributed environment. I created COM and DCOM servers and clients for applications. I used ODBC and ADO technologies to interact with databases. Extensive MFC was used for GUI applications.

I was part of the team that successfully converted the enterprise from a token ring network to an ethernet based network. I showed initiative in creating tools to increase work force efficiency using C++, MFC, and VB6. These tools were used to automate work that typically required another team and lost hours for the customer.

I successfully led a 5 man squad in communications support of a mechanized infantry battalion. I maintained a secret clearance and was responsible for being ready to deploy my team and equipment world wide. My unit, HHC 1/5 Mechanized Infantry Battalion, 1st Calvary Division is part of America’s 911 and had to be ready to respond day or night.
