In the Director role, I leverage our unparalleled network of relationships with top executives and thought leaders in healthcare to uncover unmet needs and new business opportunities. I am responsible for managing a small team through the ideation and business plan process, pitching that concept to the Oxeon Holdings’ Investment Committee, and then driving the sale of anchor clients, fundraising, and early team build-out. As our startups begin to take shape, I own all startup operations and the build out of early success metrics. While the bulk of my time is spent working on one new company, I work collaboratively across our Oxeon portfolio and the larger Oxeon Holdings family.

The Pharmaceutical Marketing Rotational Program places high-performing MBA graduates who previously interned at Pfizer as Summer Associates into full-time positions across the business. These colleagues spend two years completing four six-month rotations within different areas of the business. While at Pfizer, I worked in various units including Specialty Care, Vaccines, Oncology and Primary Care. Within Vaccines and Specialty Care I focused on researching the effects of the Affordable Care Act, specifically identifying how our communications and strategic approach would need to change in conjunction with the ACA. As a global corporation, many of Pfizer's fastest growing markets were located outside of the US. That said, my experience within Primary Care focused on extending our reach, marketing ability and sustainability in both our South American and Asian cardiovascular groups. Working on one of our largest products, my responsibilities included documenting, researching and modifying a global marketing campaign aimed at physicians in 10 specific markets. As part of the rotational program, we were exposed to varying facets of the business and I was involved with Pfizer's Internal Innovation Team rollout of a global innovation training regimen. Beyond assisting with the formation of the training material, I led trainings for high level employees of the organization in both a domestic and international capacity.
