Retired 😁PC&L (2008 – 2011)I worked in shipping and receiving driving forklift to load and unload semi trailers, I organized and staged products for upcoming shipments, I coordinated the delivery of incoming products to the proper destination within the plant. I inspected incoming and outgoing shipments for proper quality, labeling and compared products to the manifest to ensure the customer was getting the correct products.Promoted, Department Leader (2011 – 2013)I worked with supervisors coordinating production needs each day, I held daily meetings with production line staff to insure they knew our production goals for the day and address any issues that come up during the shift, I kept track of quality and production timing to insure production goals were met, I trained new operators in various positions on the line, did repairs to machines or computer programs as needed to keep the line running and insure a quality part was being produced, I also communicated with PC&L to make sure all shipments were filled.Promoted, Process Tech 2013 – PresentAs Process Tech I maintain the production line by doing preventative maintenance, I am responsible for fixing any quality, programming or mechanical issues troubleshooting problems to keep the production line running smoothly, I trained line leaders and operators on the proper use of machines they need for the job, I tracked all mechanical and programming issues to find and implement preventative measures to ongoing issues, I also worked with engineers as part of our continues improvement program to update the machines and computer programs as needed.I received numerous awards for my improvement ideas that I implemented as part of our continuous improvement program.
