- Built and calculated all historical and relevant data to the firms strategies based on the existing long-term track record. - Created a factsheet and pitch book as well as additional marketing materials more relevant to current markets.- Worked with the Advisory Team to find, source, and create a documented process for using third-party mutual funds for clients.

- Led a small team to develop additional investment solutions utilizing internal products that are scalable to address the ingoing needs of clients, advisors, and third-party vendors. Gathered $762MM in new assets, starting from 0, over the past three years. Over that team period the largest new business win from our legacy product set was $20mm.- Gained several large institutional mandates each greater than $150mm individually.- Created multiple different models: active, passive, and hybrid, each with varying equity ranges based on client time horizon, risk tolerance, spending needs, tax awareness, and social guidelines.- Developed methodology for defining appropriate equity allocation ranges based on client preferences as well as the current market environment and history market drawdown data.- Developed new reporting, pricing, and operational processes to adapt to client demands.

- Created a $20MM Private Equity fund-of-fund portfolio by individually selecting deals for an ultra-HNW family. Selected roughly 25 LP's for investment out of approximately 500 deals over a seven-year period, which generated roughly a 2.8X IRR since inception.- Served as the primary alternative investment analyst for our proprietary Multi-Manager product ($300MM in AUM), as well as a voting member on all investment decisions for this product.- Identified, researched, and recommended small and mid cap strategies consistent with the team's manager selection criteria as well as the supporting analyst on large cap and international stocks.- Worked with the research department to quantify market characteristics and opportunities for new product development that seeks to address consistent client concerns.
