TropiCool Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing was launched in Columbus, Ohio in May of 2023. We wanted to rebrand World Class Services into a company that was based around the idea that a home service company can not only be professional, but also fun, exciting, and have bright and vibrant colors and be focused on the community. We are still determined to deliver a service to customers that was truly customer focused that was driven by honesty and integrity with a brand promise of Delivering Service That's Paradise

World Class Services was launched in Columbus, Ohio in May of 2019 with the determination and drive to deliver a service to customers that was truly customer focused that was driven by honesty and integrity. This was something that I saw first hand in Columbus that was missing from so many heating, cooling, and plumbing contractors that were more focused on selling customers things they didn't need or lying to them. I knew that with my history of owning companies, leading mean and women, striving to set up everyone in our team with the tools needed for success in work and life that we could build a culture that not just cared about our customers, but also that didn't need to lie or cheat them. I desired to bring the southern way of business which focused on respect, honesty, integrity, and reliability that we could serve our customers better than anyone else.

After selling three of my companies in Charleston, South Carolina and moving to Ohio to be with my fiancé I accepted the position of Director of Operations position at Service Olympians. I enjoyed the team meetings/trainings I put on which allowed me to dig deeper into serving our team and helping them grow personally and professionally as well as setting into motion true SOP's and KPIs in order to help align the team and give true goals for each team member to continue their success in their given career. It was defiantly a lot of early mornings and long nights, but I enjoyed my time there meeting some really great people and changing lives. Eventually this lead to me leaving this company and starting my own again. With that decision World Class Services was launched in Columbus Ohio.

World Class Services was founded to bring together Heating & Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical services under one roof to better serve our customers with the philosophy of Serving Our Customers At The Highest Levels!! From residential to commercial our goal was to build a culture and team that was so congruent that we all had the mentality of all for one and one for all meaning that we all had each others backs and that we would be focused on not just serving that customer at the highest level but delivering an service and product that was truly world class.

Southeast Coastal Coatings was started to deal with a major issue on the coastal areas dealing with salt water corrosion. Though the use of newly developed chemicals we were able to clean, dry, and coats all aspects of the heating and cooling system as well as other metallic items to extend the life and with the HVAC systems actual improve the heat exchange, protect against UV, protect against degradation from salt water, chemicals, and other elements.

Southeast Home Performance was started to develop and build a company with the mission to improve the energy efficiency of homes. Though energy audits we are able to build a plan to improve the envelope of the home, decrease electrical consumption and improve the comfort of the home.

Burke Services Inc is a family owned Heating and Air Conditioning company I started working for when I was young,. From learning the concepts of hard work, customer service, and learning fundamental principles of the heating and cooling trade that allowed me to grow from understanding duct work and air flow to servicing heating and cooling equipment/refrigeration equipment to sales and installation.
