Coordinated with editorial and project management to create original cover designs for Higher Education and K-12 projects with Pearson Custom Publishing, Pearson Learning Solutions, and Pearson North America. Responsible for all aspects of the cover design process: concept, photo research, digital imaging, layout, revisions, and preparing final files for the vendor (digital or print).Provided both technical and creative advice for cover designs to Senior Designers, Designers, and Junior Designers through an internal ‘design check’ system within the creative department.Created illustrations, posters, logos, pictograms, web concepts, and a variety of other graphics for sales, management, and departmental uses.

Directed and designed cover/interior layouts for Scott Foresman K-12 leveled reading books in coordination with editors and agency illustrators. Reimagined cover/interior layouts and provided original photo treatments for InTime magazine, which was a leveled reading version of Time for Kids.Designed a new identity system for Baseline Development Group including business card, letterhead, envelopes, and note cards.
