For as long as I can remember, I've loved leveraging technology to creatively solve problems. This lead me to start Fusionary Media in 1995, one of Grand Rapids first interactive studios. I was always motivated to exceed the expecations of our staff, customers, and the people that used the products that we created. This helped us to build a company that was able to attract high quality talent and customers. The culture that I helped build enabled us to consistantly deliver outstanding work while maintaining long-term relationships with both our team and our customers. For 25 years, I was fortunate enough to help build and lead a great team in designing, developing and managing interactive projects, websites and mobile apps for many of the leading organizations in the area. During my career at Fusionary, I enjoyed the fact that I was able to learn, experience, and do just about every role within the company. This wide range of experience and the opportunity to work with great companies on unique projects helped me develop a broad set of skills and abilities. I've used my skillset to successfully coordinate and guide the development, launch and maintenance of digital products. I do this with a balance of analytical, technical, and creative competencies. This balance gives me the ability to see the big picture and understand the details required to get things done. It also makes me effective at collaborating with project stakeholders and team members to plan, design, develop, and deliver products.In May of 2020, Fusionary Media, the company I co-founded in 1995, was acquired, marking the end of a fulfilling chapter. Having left the company in 2021, I'm now immersed in the exciting role of Product Owner, a position I've embraced for several years. My extensive experience and skills, honed through diverse roles at Fusionary, uniquely position me to guide the development, launch, and maintenance of digital products with a balance of analytical, technical, and creative competencies.
