As the only web developer one of many functions was building all of the web services. Learned how to interview providing the ability to teach others how to interview as well. Personal focus was twofold: build a productive system creating a vast increase in company output and relationship development. Assisted in building a client base while creating and developing a multitude of projects ranging from large E-commerce for a local manufacturing plant to small pamphlet style websites.
