I love opportunities that are a win for the company and a win for its customers. My current role managing Meridian's fundraiser program does just that. I'm fortunate enough to work with over 800 teams and organizations across the Lower Mainland throughout the year and it's truly a heart-warming experience week in and week out. When I'm not busy with this program, I manage in-store campaigns and signage, direct-mail campaigns, assist with creative content, and jump in wherever I can help.I love collaborating with creative and passionate people who share a mindset for business growth as well as a pragmatic and analytical approach to marketing. I always put in 10% above and beyond what is asked of me. This approach yields exponential improvements beyond the measured 10% of my added time and efforts. Examples include when I was able to triple the social media following and double annual sales in a recent job role. Education is a passion of mine. I love directing that energy towards gaining industry insights, learning about related markets, and finding better ways of serving my customers and teammates. My tool-kit includes Microsoft programs, Adobe design programs, web design, Google Analytics, and assisting with old-school advertising methods like chalkboard signs and artwork. I'm motivated by my wonderful family and I am probably one of those fathers who has too many baby photos and stories!
