Responsible for the management of Deep South's entire claims organization. Deep South is a large MGA, focused primarily on writing commercial auto business.

Responsible for managing Deep South’s Dallas Claims Center, a regional claims office that services multiple branch producing offices. Duties included both technical and administrative oversight for claims handling in two technical claims units, the National Recovery Center, and a Claims Support Unit. Lines of business handled include commercial auto, general liability, and commercial property. Manage all aspects of the technical handling, reporting and submission of a wide variety of claims including business auto, long and short haul trucking, garage, premises and product liability, construction defect, hazardous waste and toxic tort claims. Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the claims department.In April of 2012, promoted to VP of Claims in charge of entire Deep South Claims Department.

Responsible for managing TIG’s Southern Claims Center, a regional claims office that included property, casualty, workers compensation and claims operation units. Primary focus included the management of TIG’s run-off business, and the achievement of company goals and objectives including: pending inventory reduction, file quality audits, litigation management, ALAE and ULAE expense management, controlling leakage, TPA inventory intake, cost center budgeting and personnel administration.• Achieved 100% of annual corporate goals since assuming this position. • Part of the due diligence team when assessing new business opportunities.• Helped coordinate the intake of thousands of claims from various TPA’s including TIG’s largest, Managed Comp, with a pending inventory of over 7,000 workers compensation claims.
