CurrentNEUSTAR INC. 2002 – PRESENTVICE PRESIDENT OF PROCUREMENT, COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT Responsible for all aspects of finance operations for the company, including sourcing, procurement, real estate and facilities. Led team of thirty-three sourcing, procurement, and facilities employees in the company’s North America and Asia-Pacific regions supporting $400M of spend with suppliers while supporting thirty-four (34) offices and three (3) data center facilities. Developed the company’s Procure to Pay process and operating model Led multiple reorganizations of Real Estate and Procurement resulting from over fifteen (15) acquisitions in six (6) years Managed and mentored staff of more than thirty (30) people Led the acquisition and or subleasing of dozens of facilities to optimize the Neustar Real Estate portfolio and provide outstanding work spaces for Neustar employees Integrated 10 acquisition into the company over a 10 year period Implemented Peoplesoft and sPro Contractor Management System ERP’s. Worked with IT to catalog over 300 Customizations as part of the process. Achieved Cost Savings in excess of $10m annually. Supported Neustar’s effort to become a publicly traded company in FY 2005. Was recognized as the IPO of the year.
